IMEI Repairs β€” Requirements & Refunds

Before you order our IMEI Repair / Unlock Services, ensure you meet all requirements below:

  • Be certain the phone has no hardware damage.
  • Select the correct model from the list. If your model isn’t listed, contact us β€” do not choose a different model.
  • Device must be on factory firmware β€” no Custom ROMs.
  • Phone’s Knox warranty must be 0x0.
  • No custom recovery, no root.
  • MIPI device status must not be fail.
  • Bootloader must not be unlocked.
  • No hardware-related signal/network issues.
  • Device must not be locked by Device Services, Payment Services, KG (Knox Guard) or MDM. For MDM removal, see MDM Removal.
Refundability: IMEI Repair is refundable at any time as long as the order is not in process. Once the repair process starts, it cannot be canceled. Ensure you can wait up to 24 hours before purchasing.
Non-Refundable: If the IMEI you provide is bad or blacklisted. The IMEI you send is the one we add to the device and it replaces any existing IMEI. The service is single-use per device and cannot be undone or repeated once initiated.

Carrier Unlocks β€” Requirements, Steps & Refunds

Before ordering our Network Unlock Services:

  • Confirm the phone is actually locked β€” no refund if already unlocked.
  • Device must not be blacklisted / LOST / STOLEN.
  • Select the correct model (contact us if not listed).
  • Provide the correct IMEI and network.
  • Device should not be under finance/contract or at risk of imminent blacklisting. Proceed at your own risk.
Refundability: A Network Unlock service is refundable at any time before the order enters processing.
Two-Step Operational Model
  1. Step 1 β€” Read the phone’s secure info and submit to server.
  2. Step 2 β€” Write the new info to the phone (e.g., IMEI/network unlock data).
Important: After Step 1 completes, there is no way to cancel or refund the order, even if Step 2 is pending.

CPID Server Tool β€” License & Refund Terms

By clicking β€œI agree” when downloading, accessing, installing, running, or using the CPID Server software (β€œSoftware”) and documentation, you confirm binding acceptance of our Terms of Use, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not click β€œI agree”.

100% Refund Within 7 Days if:
  • Order status is NOT COMPLETE* in the CPID Server database.
  • You contacted support but we were unable to provide the full ordered service.
Not Refundable if:
  • Order status is COMPLETE** in the CPID Server database.
  • You refuse assistance from the Imei Repair server support team.
  • More than 7 days have elapsed since purchase.
  • The service was not purchased from cpidserver.com.
Operational Note: If you ordered the service for a damaged device, it may not be able to place/receive calls even after processing. Program logs can indicate unsuccessful use (software error) and will mark the order as NOT COMPLETE.

Usage Audit & Anti-Piracy: The software may send usage data (logs) per the Privacy Policy for anti-piracy, license verification, update checks, support, and dispute resolution. Collected metadata may include PC/device identifiers, download/install timestamps, the declared IMEI/SN, and use history; confirmations are sent to the email used at order.

*NOT COMPLETE = software not downloaded/used or failed due to software error. **COMPLETE = software purchased, downloaded, and successfully used.

Refund Processing & Timelines

We submit refund requests to the payment system immediately after approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout; payouts to alternate destinations are not supported.

  • Settlement Time: typically 1–10 business days depending on the bank or processor. Many banks credit within hours; timelines are processor-controlled.
  • Fees: the refund amount excludes any non-recoverable bank/processor charges.
  • Irreversibility: once issued, a refund cannot be reversed.
Unsupported Device Purchases: If you knowingly purchase a service for an unsupported device or one that fails to meet the stated requirements (Requirements), we may issue a partial refund net of payment processing fees.
Intentional Misuse / β€œTesting” Orders: If we detect orders placed with intent to cancel for non-valid reasons or purely for testing, we may issue a partial refund net of processing fees.
