Frequently Asked Questions

What is MDM and why is it on my device?
MDM (Mobile Device Management) lets organizations enroll devices for security and compliance. If your phone was financed, issued by an employer/school, or sold by a reseller with enrollment, it may be managed and subject to remote lock/wipe.
Who can remove the lock?
Only the original enrolling admin (employer, carrier/reseller, insurer/finance partner) can legitimately release the device. If that's impossible, we provide compliant removal for verified owners with documentation.
How long does removal take?
Standard: 4–24 hours. Priority: 2–4 hours. Edge cases may extend to 48 hours depending on model and enrollment type.
Will the lock return after a reset or update?
Our deliverable is a permanent unenrollment. Post-reset persistence policies are removed with a warranty against re-lock under the same enrollment.
